Terms of Service

1. General

These terms of service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between Sole proprietor Marina Petrovna Bush, OGRNIP 326774600014081, INN 772154254274, phone: +7 916 565-31-76, email: support@ream.design (the "Administrator") and the user of https://ream.design, its subdomains and the Ream Desktop application (together, the "Service").

By using the Service you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Russian versions, the Russian version prevails.

2. Subject

The Administrator provides access to the Service — an interface design tool, including the Ream Desktop application and related web services (account, documentation).

The free plan includes a limited number of MCP server feature calls; current limits are displayed in the Service.

3. Account

• registration with an email address is required for some features;
• you must keep your sign-in credentials confidential and are responsible for all actions performed under your account;
• you may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

4. Software license

The Administrator grants you a simple (non-exclusive) license to use the Ream Desktop application for its intended purpose under your current plan. The license is worldwide and lasts for as long as you use the Service.

You may not decompile, modify or distribute the application, or circumvent technical restrictions of the Service, including usage limits.

5. Plans and prices. Offer

With respect to paid features of the Service, these Terms constitute a public offer under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Payment for a selected plan constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the offer (Article 438 of the Civil Code).

The list of plans, their contents and prices in Russian rubles are published on the pricing page https://ream.design/en/pricing, which is an integral part of this offer. Prices are fixed for each plan; price changes do not affect periods already paid for or licenses already purchased.

• “Pro” — a monthly subscription with automatic renewal (section 7);
• “Lifetime” — a one-time payment granting a perpetual license with access to the “Pro” plan features, including its future updates; the number of “Lifetime” licenses is limited, and current availability is shown on the pricing page.

6. Payment

Payment is made online in the Service through the YooKassa payment service (NBCO YooMoney LLC) using bank cards and other methods available in the payment form. The payment is processed by the payment service; the Administrator does not receive or store full bank card details.

After a successful payment, a fiscal receipt is sent to the email address associated with the user's account, as required by Federal Law No. 54-FZ of May 22, 2003.

7. Subscription and automatic payments

By purchasing the “Pro” subscription, you consent to regular automatic charges to your saved payment method. The first charge is made when the subscription is activated; subsequent charges are made automatically each billing period (one month) at the plan price in effect at the time of the charge. The amount and frequency of charges are communicated before the first payment — on the pricing page and in the payment form.

• you can turn off auto-renewal at any time in the application (subscription management section) or by contacting support at support@ream.design;
• when auto-renewal is turned off, access to paid features remains until the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made;
• if a charge fails, the Administrator may retry it; if payment cannot be completed, the subscription is suspended and the account is switched to the free plan;
• the Administrator gives at least 14 days' notice before a subscription price change takes effect for an upcoming billing period; if you disagree, you can turn off auto-renewal before that date.

8. Access delivery

Access to paid features is granted automatically on the user's account after the payment service confirms the payment — usually within a few minutes and no later than 24 hours after payment. No separate delivery is required: purchased features are activated in the Ream Desktop application once you sign in to your account.

9. Cancellation and refunds

You may withdraw from the contract at any time (Article 32 of the Russian Consumer Rights Protection Law) by sending a request to support@ream.design from the email address associated with your account.

• for the “Pro” subscription, the refund is proportional to the remaining part of the paid billing period;
• for the “Lifetime” license, the refund is reduced by the value of access actually provided, calculated at the “Pro” subscription price for the period from the payment date to the receipt of the request;
• requests are processed within 10 days of receipt (Articles 22 and 31 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law);
• refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase; the time it takes for funds to arrive depends on your bank.

10. Your content

All rights to designs and other materials you create in the Service belong to you. The Administrator acquires no rights to your content and does not use it except as technically necessary to operate the Service.

11. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". The Administrator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, to the extent permitted by Russian law.

Nothing in this section limits consumer rights provided by Russian law.

12. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy (https://ream.design/en/privacy).

13. Final provisions

The Administrator may amend these Terms; the current version is always available at https://ream.design/en/terms. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new version.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
